Work continues on the second iteration of Jenkat Games. We can’t give you a definite date right now, yet sometime in the near future we’ll be launching Phase II of Jenkat Games.
What does that entail? Let me give you a sneak peek…
* Profile System - we’re going to keep it simple, as a lot of you already use places like Facebook and MySpace. However, you’ll be able to upload a picture/avatar of your choice and let people know a little about yourself, if you choose.
* Friends - you’ll be able to add friends and keep track of how they’re doing. This feature will really begin to shine when we get to Phase III later this year.
* Lots of Stats - not only will you be able to see everyone’s high scores for each game during nearly whatever time period you like, we’ll finally reveal who is the leader in Winks for the whole site and each game. In my mind, this is one of the coolest features, especially if you’re a stat junkie or you just like to play and aren’t really concerned about high scores. If you play enough, you may be the best player in a certain game, even if you don’t have a high score - It’s all about the Winks!
* Jenkat Store - this will feature t-shirts, mouse pads, coffee cups, buttons and a whole more featuring your your favorite Jenkat characters including Jenkat herself, Floyd and Goldie, and many more.
* Other Features - we like to think we’re making our login system more user friendly, along with editing your data. Plus look an improved search engine on the site and some other goodies that I’ll bite my tongue on for the moment.
It’s coming soon and hopefully you’ll find it a valuable part of your Jenkat day!

there aren’t enough online games to play - plenty of choices for downloads but there are times that i come on to play during the day at work like right now when i am sitting at the switchboard and i can’t download games to play and i am getting tired of playing the same two screens on finders keepers

Thanks for the comment, amylousmom! We are currently working on some more free online games, and we hope you will be patient with us as they are in production. A couple of our upcoming games are about 3/4 of the way there, and ought to be lots of fun, so hang in there with us. 
And on that note - what type of new games would YOU like to see added to Jenkat?

I would like to see some puzzle games along with maybe some other types of card games… We need to have some more online games I have a hard time downloading the games thus far… Have a great day.

I personally would like to see more “Word” games available. I have always been a huge fan of “Word” games. Unfortunately, the majority of the sites out there, want you to download them. So, I think it would be nice, if we had some here.

Wow - check out all this feedback! That’s what I’m talkin’ about!
Let’s see - first, I notice that we have a lot of hidden object fans here. Well, good news there - we actually have a hidden object game in development, and we are really looking forward to its release later this summer. Along with a full download version, we plan to offer an online version of this game, as well. It’s been quite a project, and is the main reason we have slowed down when it comes to adding new online games to the site. Our small circle of resources has been a little tied up, but things are still moving along.
That being said, we do have three new online (free to play) games in various stages of development, and they are nearing the final stages of completion. We hope to have all three fine tuned and launched within the next couple of months, as well.
I am with Princess1014 on word games - I love ‘em. If you are a word game fan, please let me know what types of word games you enjoy - whether it be games like Text Twist, word find games, jumbles, what have you. Same with card games - most people enjoy solitaire… but what other types of card games do you find fun?

Hi Jovi, I am looking forward to an expanded site. I try to log-in and keep informed,do you Beta Test your games? If so, how can I sign on, I have Beta tested a couple of interesting games. Do you have a more exact date for the next Jenkat games phase? I find that your site is a great escape filled with fun and adventurous games. Can’t wait !! Gigiplays.

I like Hidden Object games and also Time Management games.. Those would be cool to play on JenKat games online..
