The Return of Mrs. G
Children of the 80’s, I think you will all agree with me that no televison star from that era is more worthy of a career resurgence than our favorite housekeeper/boarding school mother figure - Charlotte Rae. And, she is back with a vengeance, i.e., a promoted movie role:

Mrs. G as a cougar? I haven’t even had dinner yet, but it already feels like dessert has been served… and then, came back up in my mouth a little bit. Good on you, Mr. Sandler!
Now if only someone with comedic influence in Hollywood would offer up a comeback vehicle for Ms. Rae’s Facts of Life co-star, Blair Warner’s dear cousin Geri… she wasn’t too shabby on HBO’s Deadwood.
