I am unable to close the daily New Game Alert Window – What can I do?
Please be aware that the recommended resolution for the Arcade is at least 1024x768. If your computer's resolution is set so that you are unable to see the red X button in the upper right hand corner of the New Game Alert to close the notification window, all you need to do is locate the Jenkat Games Arcade icon in your systems tray in the lower right hand corner of your screen. The icon looks like a purple cat – if you aren’t able to see it, click the ‘show hidden icons’ arrow in the systems tray. Once you’ve located the Jenkat Games Arcade icon, right click on it and then click 'Exit'. This will close the arcade for you, and you can restart the program from your Windows Start menu again at any time.
The Jenkat Games Arcade application can be customized to disable the daily New Game Alert notification window. Simply double-click the Arcade icon in your systems tray (the purple cat in the lower right hand corner of your screen) to open the Arcade, and then click on the SETTINGS tab at the top. Finally, click on the ‘Preferences’ tab and click to remove the check from the ‘Daily game alerts’ box.
To close the Arcade, click your right mouse button on the Arcade icon, and select 'Exit'. You can always restart the program from your Start menu when you are ready to play again.
If you want to remove the Jenkat Games Arcade in its entirety, the removal process is identical to that of any other program. If you need assistance please contact us via the our support form, and include which version of Windows you have installed on your computer in your request.
How do I uninstall the Jenkat Games Arcade?
To remove the program, please open Programs and Features by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Programs, and then clicking Programs and Features. Next, select the program (Jenkat Games Arcade) and click Uninstall. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation. That’s all you need to do!

The game I am trying to play will not load. What can I do?
Depending which game you are trying to play, the most likely cause of this issue is that you are missing one of the following free components necessary to play our games:
Adobe Flash Player 10
DirectX (for Download games)
Sometimes these components become disabled when other programs or browser updates are installed, so even if you have previously installed them, you'll want to confirm that they are still installed and enabled.
If you have confirmed that Flash and DirectX are installed on your computer and you are still unable to play the game, then we recommend emptying your temporary files cache. This resolves the problem about 99.9% of the time, especially when playing an Online game.
