Online games are free to play as frequently as your heart desires, and include the added bonus of earning Winks (Jenkat’s virtual currency) while playing our exclusive Online games.
Download games are free trials of the most addictive and entertaining casual games available. Free trials of these games usually last between 30 and 60 minutes, and once your trial expires, you are given the option to purchase the full game. Credit cards are not required to download a free trial. Please note that Winks are not earned in Download games.
How do I register for an account with Jenkat.com?
To sign up for your free Jenkat Games account and begin earning Winks, simply visit our registration page here:

Enter your required information in the appropriate fields, and then carefully enter the Security Key provided. Once you have read the Jenkat Games Terms and Conditions, click the accept button to confirm that you agree to the terms. This will submit your information and create your Jenkat Games membership. Why don’t you offer download versions of your web games?

We know it is an inconvenience, but unfortunately once you register, you cannot change your user name – so be sure to love the name you’re with! If you decide to change your username, you must create a new account.
Of course, you may log in and update your e-mail address or password at any time.
How do I cancel my account?
If you wish to cancel your account, please contact customer service by clicking on the Help tab in the top navigation menu. Enter your Jenkat Games username and e-mail address, and submit a brief request to cancel your Jenkat Games account.

Depending which game you are trying to play, the most likely cause of this issue is that you are missing one of the following free programs or plug-ins necessary to play our games:
Adobe Flash Player 9
DirectX (for Download games)
If you have confirmed that all of the above programs and plug-ins are installed on your computer, then we recommend that you clear your temporary files cache. This resolves the problem about 99.9% of the time - especially when playing an Online game.
Also, when you download a game, be sure to read the System Requirements listed on the download page to confirm that your computer system meets the listed specifications to operate the game.
How do I reinstall a download game that I purchased?
Your sales receipt should have your Activation Code. Additionally, your sales receipt might also contain a direct link where you can re-download your game and have it fully activated.
If you do not have an Activation Code or a direct link to re-download a fully activated game, please do the following:
1. Download and install a new copy of the game.
2. Open the game and click on the "Already Paid" button. If you cannot find such a button:
- Click "Buy Now"
- Click "Already Paid"
- Click "I don't have my Activation Code"
This will take you to our web based Activation Code re-issue page. Simply enter the requested information and the system will automatically e-mail a new Activation Code to you for free. You must use the e-mail address that was used at the time of purchase.

If you have completed your purchase of a game download from Jenkat and you did not receive your purchase confirmation e-mail from our download partner service, the likely culprit is your spam filter. We recommend checking your spam or bulk mail folders, and in most instances you will discover that the e-mail confirmation was intercepted by one of these filters. To avoid this problem in the future, simply set your filter options to allow e-mail from our download partner, Reflexive.com.
Unfortunately, if you are unable to locate the confirmation on your spam or bulk mail folder, your internet service provider might have our domain blocked. In this instance, you will need to contact your ISP for further assistance.
I am unable to log in. How do I retrieve my password information?
To retrieve your password, simply click here.
Once you get to the page, simply enter your username and the e-mail address you submitted when you signed up for your account, and your password will be mailed to you in short order.
Do your games contain adware, spy ware or viruses?
We do not, under any circumstance, post any games on our site that contain spyware or adware. We take special care in knowing the integrity of our distributors, as well as testing the games to make sure that the products we offer are safe for you and your family.
Jenkat does use cookies for the purpose of determining games you have played, Winks earned, High Scores and other game play statistics. How can I receive a refund for a game if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
Our download partner offers a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase on all game purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, please contact the support department. Please be sure to include your first and last name, the game you purchased, the date of purchase, the Order ID from your receipt and the reason for your return. You should receive a response within 2 business days.
